How to Spend your Summer Holidays in the UK

Relax In A Village In The Cotswolds

The trip to the Cotswolds from London only takes two hours by car but you will feel like you have entered another time dimension. The area is built of small towns and sleepy villages that once thrived on industry like mills, sheep wool, and other industry. They have been converted to tourist destinations but they have kept the relaxed, small town feel. You can visit historic churches, sample yummy fare, and stay in a unique holiday cottage that is steeped in history. City Break In Manchester

Manchester is a great place to take a city break. Be sure to visit the Town Hall and see this historic building that was completed in 1877.
