If you’re looking for a holiday resort that offers plenty of nightlife but is still in a great location for doing other things, then have a look at what Magaluf in Mallorca has to offer. Magaluf has long been known for its clubbing and great nightlife and you can be guaranteed to have some great nights out here.
However, there’s plenty of other stuff to do on the island of Mallorca, and it’s an easy place to get around, especially if you have a hire car.
A must-see is the city of Palma, but many package tourists only see the airport as they get directly onto a coach transfer to their hotel. This is a great city – easy enough to explore in half a day. The old town is really beautiful, as is the harbour front. You can take your time soaking up the atmosphere as you wander around the old town cobbled streets and stop for coffee in one of the many picturesque squares.
Out in the countryside, you might want to visit somewhere like the natural reserve of S’Albufera where you can appreciate a natural and undeveloped beach – quite a contrast from the developed coastline around Magaluf where one thing you won’t get is peace and quiet!

There’s a lot of accommodation to choose from in and around Magaluf, available at all different budgets. You can opt for self-catering which is often a good choice if there is a group of you. Otherwise there are plenty of places like the Hotel Samos Magaluf where you have fantastic facilities and choose from a range of different boards – from bed and breakfast through to full board plus.
However you choose to spend your time in Mallorca, you’re likely to have an amazing break in the sun and be ready for a return trip very soon to see the rest of what this great holiday island has to offer.
